the cop says he told the guy to put his hands up. he saw the rider pull the right hand back, and might have thought he had a gun in his left that was hidden.

crappy that it happened.

So with 2 cops sirens on a harley running you are suppose to hear that? It was a matter of seconds before the cops shot him. Over what a simple traffic stop??? Please lock this pig up and throw away the fucken key.

That is fucking scary. And fucked up. It looks like the gun thing is getting out of control. In Norway where I lived some years the cops are not allowed to have guns on them and have one under a lock in the car that can be used only after judge is notified. I know it want work here ... but there has to be a reason why it works there and here cops shoot innocent people.

the link steve put up for the unedited version doesnt seem to work for me.

but OMG what a fuck up.

they were at a stop, when both bikes took up like bats outta hell the cherries went on "for how long they ran from the cops? i cant tell but surely they did not stop fast enough cause the video jumps to another part of the road where one of them cant make the turn at the speed he was going" ok so evasion count 1.

now!!....the one guy stops, and just stays on the bike chilling cause well fuck it he thinks..i am caught! cop comes out and as the guy turns his head "which the body follows" his arm lead by his elbow midly turns back as he is trying to look back a touch and the cop shoots him.

1 the cop is so jacked up, he did not see a weapon, there wasnt even a weapon drawn or shown or EVEN POINTED in the officers or ANYONE elses direction. he made a judgment call and one as dumb and unfounded as this one?

yeah..this cop has some crap coming his way.

totaly fucked up!
