Meeting Location Suggestions?

Ok, so I'm part of the Zombie Squad Forums which is basically a preparedness forum that also is a not-for-profit organization that does food drives and blood drives and such. (Our Chicagoland chapter has already done a charity for homeless).

We are looking for a *free* location where we could have 25+ people meet up so we can discuss future events and plans for our newly founded chapter.

Does anyone have any location suggestions where we could do this in the Chicagoland suburbs? We have members coming from SE Wisconsin and Kankakee, so any location from Bolingbrook to Northbrook would be fine.

Thoughts?

ETA: We already had a meet/movie night at my place, and with 16 people and a dog, it was a bit crowded. So my place is, reluctantly, our backup plan for 25 people.

You can meet for free in a Private Room at the Panera's in South Barrington right by me. Room can handle 25 -30 no problem.

Location is in the Arboretum, at 59 & Higgins (just north of 90)

Nothin gets me friskier than talk of Guns and Zombies aside from diamonds.

The library off 53 and mine in Romeoville both have meeting rooms. Oh, and thanks for the invite to the Zombie club.

Basically any restaurant or bar...unless Zombie Squad members do not eat or drink.

That is a great idea, thanks Brian!

Web page is in the first post. Feel free to join anytime. It would be cool if you and Mandy made the next meet (scheduled for the 27th). We just opened our Chicagoland Chapter forum last night, so it's all still very new for us.

I'm also having custom printed Nalgene bottles made that will be for sale at the meet. Assuming they don't sell out online before the meet!

In the next month we are having a BBQ where we will be discussing different Bail-Out-Bags and how to pack them. I'm also looking for someone who would like to talk about First Aid Kits.

Thanks for the Romeoville meeting room idea. I'll give them a call or stop in and see what they can handle.
