Rider rear ended

I don't know why people who don't ride find this funny and entertaining. (to a point it is i'll admit, but most of the time i was cringing as I could see how that could be me)

Depends on what country this is. Car may have been speeding, and overtaking on the right. Scooter was tailgating and didn't use a signal to change lanes.

Car was heavier, so it won.

Scooter's fault. Looks like he was stuck behind the slow moving vehicle that fucked everything up.

I would say the scooter he didn't look or signal till he was changing lanes already and it was too late.

While practice does make perfect.....Practice can also break things.

guy in the car.

you can see the guy in the scooter check this blind spot and move over. the car is obviously speeding, you can hear him run the motor all thru the RPMs. and why did this guy have a dash cam in the first place? prolly cause he liked driving fast and video taping it.

i dunno what this country's laws are, but overtaking on the right is a no-no here. it might be the other way in that country. if thats the case the scooter was moving into the "fast lane" but again, the car was going way faster than the rest of traffic.

I love how the car driver doesn't even brake. "Scooterists aren't even people!" he says.

Summed up: The person with the larger speed delta (the car) was acting more reckless. Scooter should have checked longer than to see where the car was... should have checked the closing speed too... Asshole in car should not have kept that large of a speed delta (difference) between him and the other vehicles. Mass still won and yes I can see where people would find the instance of the arms flying up on impact funny.

If he was on a blue and white gixxer riding "flat out" none of this would of happend

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

The car would for speeding and reckless driving I'd assume based on hw fast he was going. Because if it was a bike that slammed into a car everybody would still blame the bike

The scooter guy looked when he was already in the lane (too late), and he also braked right before he got hit. It's like he moved into the way on purpose.
