i have a 760 and it gets hot now and battery is dead, but it did not qualify when i put the S/N into the webpage, so i called their support line, they were very nice, confirmed that the s/n did not fall in the range but with it getting hot they said they would fix it free/new battery if i pay postage, gave me a RMA # ,, nice
