Armored taxi rates?

Anyone know what armored taxi rates would run?

I found an B6 diesel excursion and was thinking of doing that as a side gig to offset the cost.

You mean how much it would be to have plated? Gonna go off on a guess and say well into 6 figures.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

What is a B6 Excursion?

Is that an Armor Rating?

Ok, looked it up, European rating system for armor levels.

If you got $95k sitting around, I can think of a lot better ways to spend it, but who knows, maybe you found one for $20k

You should check with nickif on this, I believe armored car security driver was one of his career choices.

You got it.

B6 is the armor rating; will stop a 7.62 nato round and lower
I found "new" ones for $70k, wanted to know how much to charge people so i can cover the payment and have an armored diesel for SHFT...

You need to work out your math to get to the point of figuring out how much you can not/will not cover yourself and from that number, work out a sliding scale of TIME you think you can rent it out (including prep, maintenance, etc) to cover the residual. Of course that number doesn't mean dick unless you can fill the time (hence the sliding scale).
