Why is everyone so negative and just..... I don't know how to describe it... just seems there's no interest in positive fun and everyone is either unapproachable or depressed or insecure or spiteful lately.

I log on like every other day and there's little value lately.

I think what is most disappointing is how people who have changed over the years and who are so unwelcoming to others. As if its a privilege to be spoken to.

I'm kinda missin the good times. Whats going on? Why did some of you flip by replacing humble fun with constant bickering and deliberate ridicule?

Which is why I don't wave flags about bike orgs I associate with or had associated with in the past. When I least expect it I'm banned or some asshat I never met wants to start a beef over something infantile and unimportant. Kawasaki and The Cars said it best "Let the good times roll"

Not enough social stuff to get to know people, half the time i show up some where there's 16 groups, and unless I recognize someone, I usually only make it to a few.

I do agree, however. When I joined back in September of 2008 I had a lot of fun streaming through threads. Maybe this is why I kinda' stopped logging on for quite a while. I pretty much get on to keep up with GO events/rides because the ladies are still just as much fun as ever!

Every time I go to that place I think about what your saying.Although I'm much better at being miserable than most! I to maybe growing tired of it.

Yup, economy, job insecurity, getting overworked at work..... just a stressfull time for a lot of people. I know Ive been more negative at work and home lately.

IN all seriousness, I think you've nailed it. People tend to have alot less patience for things when all that is weighing on their mind.

Plus its the interwebz....people have muscles and people expect other people to jump on their bandwagon even if it doesn't involve them.......NO ONE is perfect and this isn't a HAPPY world

This is the major cause to mine. 8 hr days turn into 10 to 12 every day I work. Its miserable

I think some of the people who join, just come off as "know it all's" . They need to be a little more humble . Overall ,it will blow over when the moons re-align.

Although it is possible that because someone joins today, that they weren't born yesterday.
