Vacation suggestions needed

The wife and I wants to go away for our 1 year wedding anniversary late October. I like white sandy beaches and she likes hiking/exploring waterfalls. We've been to Aruba and Costa Rica. I've been to Oahu, St. Martin, St. Barts and the Bahamas. We were considering Barbados, but I don't think there's much hiking and waterfalls there. Any suggestions?

Hanging Lake - Colorado.

Then go to Glenwood Hot Springs afterwards for some relaxation.

Then go do some more hiking in the mountains.

Rent some quads and explore the off road trails in the mountains. Or hop in a humvee tour if you don't want to ride the quads.

+1 on Jamaica and Dunns River Falls. I climbed it a year and a half after I broke my leg, was one of the best moments I've had.

Don't buy all the shit with rudeness, etc...we had a fantastic time. It all depends where you stay, like anywhere. Get out of Montego Bay...we stayed here:

http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Rev...a_Jamaica.html

It's located in Lucea, a newer area about 45 mins drive from Montego Bay.

Puerto Rico, you can hike the rain forest and go swimming in the waterfall.

... and they have white sandy beaches.

Colorado is a bunch of racist rednecks. Fucking waste of a state.

Great ideas. Thanks everyone. I'm researching Jamaica and Puerto Rico. I'm curious about Colorado, but Jess wants to go out of the country so she can get a stamp on her passport. Lol. I'm definitely passing on Gary, Indiana.

Hey Glenn, I was tooling around on the intrawebz and you might find some good deals here:

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!
