Walmart.com Safe return problems
Ordered a safe from walmart.com Package looked good on the outside so I signed for it. After opening it, all 4 bottom corners were damaged pretty badly, with significant metal deformation on 2 of them and the bottom was warped. I contacted them about the exchange, that is where this starts.
9/20 - Contacted Walmart about damaged safe
9/20- Recieved reply that product was OOS and that I could return for refund.
9/21 - Recieved Walmart return email and signed return agreement -
9/21 - Recieved return processing email
9/21 - Revieved email stating a call tag had been issued thru Ceva freight. Ceva would contact me to schedule pickup.
10/22 - Recieved email return reminder. Have yet to hear from Ceva
10/22 - Email Walmart again to see whats going on.
10/22 - Recieve reply that a call tag had again been issued from Ceva
11/4 - Still no word from Ceva so I email Walmart again.
11/4 - Recieve reply telling me to call Ceva at 800-247-7356.
11/5 - Called "Ceva", they could not find me in the system
11/5 - Emailed walmart asking for a ref #
11/5 - Recieve reply with ref#
11/5 - Call "Ceva" using phone # provided by walmart. Number is to another company (Seko), not Ceva.
11/5 - Email Walmart asking for correct phone # to Ceva
11/5 - Recieve reply with correct phone #
11/5 - Call Ceva, the call tag was cancelled for unknown reasons. She would look into it and call me back.
11/5 - Ceva left message that they reopened a call tag and would contact me to arrange pick up.
11/6 - Recieve final return reminder from walmart.
11/6 - Email walmart with my emails attached asking for an extension (due to the trouble getting it picked up)
11/7 - Recieve generic reply.
