2011 Goals

Just wanted to start this so I can look back in 12 months and either get pissed and drunk, or happy and drunk.

For me, it's
-get race license, race BHF and RA
-get back to pre fatMatt level of fitness
-either get in some fights or find some other way to release all this pent up anger I have.

Pretty simple.

Haha....pre fatMatt...nice.

I'm in good physical shape, but my conditioning level in hockey has gone down a ton since college. Used to be able to skate and skate and feel great. Nowadays, playing men's league...half way through the first period and I'm tired. Major fail.

So, for the most part, just get into better "conditioned" shape.

for the past decade, I've been trying to stop swearing.... or AT LEAST stop the F bomb... Obviously that's not changing at this point.... so this year, I've got to pledge the #1 common.... lose weight. Screw this tank top fat hiding sweat pants wearing BS. They make your ass look like shit. My pledge starts right now. I am going to be one calorie countin' sexy bitch by track season!

1.) Drop about 20lbs in fat, hopefully get around 8-10%BF.

2.) Increase Cardio Stamnia and overall Body Conditioning

3.) Get out of debt

4.) Get back to the track at least once this season....and not crash or break the bike (unlike last time Lol)

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.
