Aye, dude is a douche but these trucks are amazing. Even more so when a 3 year old model goes for 1/3 the list price.

Those are fast as hell. In the fall I had a chance to mess with one while I was on my street triple on a strip with no intersections. From a dead stop I kept up for a little over a 1/4 mile then the Rover just started to walk away from me @ around 120mph. When we got to a light we both gave a thumbs up to each other. Was nice to see that someone who spent all this coin on a truck actually opens it up once in a while. Typically owners of these pricey toys are one step from death and drive slow. Wish I was on my gixxer but the little 105hp Triumph did pretty well against the 510 Rover...for a while at least
Very pimp truck but like most Euro vehicles do not plan on owning these things after the bumper to bumper and free maintenance warranty is done. They are not cheap to keep up. But I guess if you can spend 100K on a vehicle money is not an issue.

Don't have $75K for the new one - If I did go the RR route it will be an 07-08 model

I've been looking at one of these for my next car. They have lots of power, but I wouldn't call it fast. It's as heavy as a tank, and takes something like 7.5 secs 0-60. Not slow for an SUV, but it seemed slow compared to my Audi. These things can do everything. The only thing that's scaring me away is the reliability sucks, but I already own an Audi so it can't get much worse.

don't worry about that. I wouldn't want to be caught dead driving with you anyway.
