Headphones - "beats" by Dr. Dre

http://beatsbydre.com/

This was my Xmas Gift to myself as I hate flying without noise canceling "ear goggles" (Beastie Boys ref for Jrock)

If anyone is in the market for some great headphones, these things fucking rock - The Bass is amazing and they are freaking unbelievably comfortable - They even come with a cord to use with a phone as well as an iPod Shuffle to control volume and song selection

I went with the "Studio" and caught them on an "After Christmas Special"

The man has designed a wicked set of phones

They indeed rock - I have had many - B & O, Koss, Sony, Bose etc etc and these things are by far the nicest - As you fucks know, I dig music and have it playing all the time - I am happy as hell and caught a wicked deal too

You know I had to break them in with these two jams, back to back - The Bass needs to be tested does it not?

And of course one of the greatest bass Tunes ever laid down...

I got inception on PPV the other night and early on there are some DEEEEEP bass notes. Need to snag it on bluray and test it out in the basement, see if I can shake the house.

Holy shit. They better rock. Do they come with a complimentary BJ from one of Dr. Dre's skanks?

Now that isn't bad! They don't even need to throw in the mask or BJ.

Good review of the sonys, 30 yr old design-

Dres Response - 20HZ-20KHZ - $300

Sonys - 5HZ-30KHZ - $80 = $220 dollar savings!

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16826159110

Other Thoughts: Go for this product if you are in the market for some headphones. If stuck between these and Dres, keep in mind that actually behind all the publicity and ***** sound they have, these will be called into action before Dres for recording or any audio purpose. You will be laughed at if you walk into a studio with Dres on. In the audio industry its all about Shure, Audio Technica, Senheiser, AKG, Sony. Leave it to the professionals who have been perfecting this model for over 25 yrs.
