I am more interested in seeing Aldo fight after his injury. Hominick is no joke but there are few fighters as explosive and accurate as Aldo.

GSP by submission somewhere between a snooze fest in the 3rd and 4th and if piss drinker loses to Couture he should just retire.

Shields might be the most boring fighter of all time. Super talented.........at laying on top of people. Ugh.

That said, I think Hominick might actually pull the upset. That guy is a damn dead eye.

All I can say is it better be a good fight and worth staying up late for, I have a MTB race the next day in Wisco and could use the sleep. GSP better tear it up.

Nobody will tear anything up in that fight...it's going to be a super technical grappling match; unless GSP can somehow keep it on the feet which few people have ever been able to do against Shields.

I would just get some sleep

Boring main event, would love to see Shields pull off a submission just to shake things up in the welterweight division and maybe get GSP to move up to middleweight, but I will bet any of you Hominick fans a twenty spot that Aldo beats the shit out of him and finishes him before the end of the 5th.

Hominick is a very good striker but that fight will not go past 3 rounds, one direct hit from aldo and its over. We have also never seen his BJJ skills at work, no one can even take him down.

gsp is the most intelligent fighter in mma. its going to take an exceptional fighter to beat him. i dont recall shields fights but his record and st pierre's attitude toward him should make for a great fight. i always enjoy watching gsp fight. whether its on the feet or on the mat it should be an exciting fight. always attacking and an excellent display of skill.

as far as gsp adding gymnastics to his training regimen i dont see whats funny about that. those guys are the strongest most explosive athletes in the world. and their sense of balance is outstanding. seems like it goes hand in hand with martial arts to me.

aldo is an animal. hominick is for sure the under dog. im going with hominick nonetheless.

looking forward to both fights. gsp and hominick are my picks along with diaz and ellenberger.
