Never go in water alone

I was at the gym tonight. Fricken guy died at Lifetime in warrenville around 10:45pm - 11:15pm. Looks like he went into the hottub, had a heart attack, and drown. Fuckin life is short. RIP.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Wow. That is freaky, must wonder if it was sudden or if someone was there if they could have gotten help and save him.

Saw one person drop on a treadmill about 10 yrs ago. It sounds like overkill but health clubs should almost have one person who is medial staff on duty, especially for cardiac cases. Luckily for my place there is a fire station right across the street with paramedics.

Never go in water alone

After certain hours there aren't any guards there. If it was that late there would be only over night clean up people, at least thats how the Vernon hills lifetime is run.

Yeah and that's one of the reasons I didn't join Lifetime. I like a good pool, and IMO a pool without lifeguards during all open hours is a joke. And the hot tubs should be within view of the guards as well.....none of this creepy locker room hot tub crap. Besides, that just compels the weirdos to go in nekkid.

To the beach, yes. In the water, no.
But then, let's caveat this by reminding that I live in TX and the beaches here are gross and I don't even go in the water when the lifeguards are THERE.

A shart is, by definition, an accident.

I suppose somebody could challenge that with a good debate, but I'm not the one. I defer to your expertise in this matter.

My husband and I debate this all the time and will likely never agree. Yet I contend that if the definition of "shart" is "what you mean to fart but you shit," then simply by the fact that you MEANT to fart means that the shit was an accident.

Please, I welcome debate on the topic. It's good practice in the Socratic method.

I would start by arguing that ignorance of what is on deck does not necessarily mean it's an accident.

"I didn't mean to hit and kill someone when I fired into the crowd... the death was an accident..."

Don't ever go to sleep alone, I hear sometimes you die in your sleep... Fuckin life is short. Maybe the government should make it against the law to go in the water alone to protect us?
