Mental base jump

A 37-year-old daredevil from Chile has ridden a motorbike off the side of a 4,000m-high mountain in the Andes.

Base jumper Julio Munoz, who has been planning the stunt for three years, was in freefall for more than 900m before opening his parachute.

how long did it take you to learn how to die and not die? It took me almost 6 months!

Atleast this is not as gay as jumping out of an airplane with a snowboard strapped to your feets.

If he used a gixxer he could have just jumped that chasm and foregone the parachute, that's what I did last week.

thats what i was thinking. solid weekend effort. 3 years is like, "hey lets do this" and then you go get stoned and forget about it for 3 years.

Seriously, going full throttle off a jump is simple as pie. LANDING it is totally different. This dude just bails out, destroys the bike and yanks a chute.

not impressed.
