Do people use their brain anymore?

I rode up to Milwaukee today and on my way home I had a car pass me without changing lanes, missing me by maybe 8 inches. I was like you have got to be kidding me! Not to mention the guys like pull up passed my rear tire at a stop light... They really need to have a mandatory motorcycle awareness class for everyone that gets a driver's license. /rant

Most don't use there brain anymore wheb driving. But ill tell ya this that it won't be the last time it happens.

Everyone needs a healthy way to relax, mine Church, and two wheels, a stretch of winding road, and a pipe loud enough to give me headaches and make squirrels explode. (Fixed curtousey of PWRMAD)

Nothing is impossible the second we say ill try your already admiting you can be defeated, and the second you say i cant or its to hard youve already failed.

Proabbly too busy talking on their phone or looking at the internet on it.

Had some clown in a new pearl white land rover do that to me on I90 a few years ago. Looked like he had some nice long scratches along the pass side also. Was in the left lane passing a car and he passed me on the shoulder.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

On two separate occasions yesterday driving around the Woodfield Mall area in Schaumburg (mistake number one) I had cars wander right into my lane. Both times I was in the inside of double-left turn lanes and neither driver apparently had any clue as to how to navigate a turn inside those dashed lines on the road. They just turned shallow right into the near lane.

The second instance pushed me all the way into the intersecting road's median, which fortunely was yellow paint and not raised curb.

And I was driving a car yesterday.

Morons.

if I'm in the left of a double left lane I assume that the guy is going to chop my line and they usually do, same with the S curve on LSD.

Had the same thing happen about a month ago. Was completely surprised as I was moving at about 75 when passing in the left lane. I was literally in the left lane for about 30 seconds just to pass a car.

The wife and I ran our favorite route yesterday(Roosevelt east all the way to Lake Shore Dr. south, staying on Sheridan skirting the lake all the way to 120, then west, then south on 59, home). I'd say pretty close to 200 miles round trip. Three fucking times that same thing happened to us, twice before we even passed 355 around Lombard, 2 miles from home. I never seen anything like that before. I'm not exactly superstitious, and I absolutely LOVE taking this ride, but I about turned it around and parked it for the day. Not even gonna lie.

A few times when I have been to to the outside or inside of the lane I have had cars drive next to me or pull up in the same lane at a light. I don't know if they are just stupid or think that since bikes somewhat share lanes that they can with a bike because they can fit.

Anymore? People have been idiots in their cars for as long as I can remember. I'm generally a peaceful person but sometimes I just want to kick in a door or punch off a mirror.

Namaste

To the times I'll never remember, with the friends I'll never forget.

the other day i saw a guy get off his bike at a red light and walk over to
a car. at first there was yelling, then the window was rolled up on the car
and the man wearing the helmet started kicking the car door. i'm on the side
of the rider, and i don't even know wat happened.

Honestly, we have some dumbass drivers in Delaware, but I haven't really had this problem here. Yeah, been cut-off few times, but that shit will happen with huge blind spots on the damn suv's. At a lights though I've never had someone pull up into my area. Except for another biker
