go pro hero issue

My go pro is not being detected when i plug it into my pc. I'm running windows 7 and there aren't any pop ups even for hardware detected, installed/not installed issues. All i hear is the internal pc sound that a usb device has been plugged in but nothing happens.

Anyone have similar issues or know any way to fix this? Thx

Anton

look in the windows explorer for a 'usb' device or memory card.

i never plugged mine in actually. just take the card and plug it in the laptop.

Update the USB drivers or uninstall them and reinstall them

Restart your computer. Sounds like a windows issue.

Highly recommended to never use your camera as a card reader...

Just get a dedicated card reader if you don't have one...
