Here's an idea, go back to EVERY company that spent time and resources on this asshole and get a bill for the costs of his crimes... Then, charge him again (FELONIES) for each one against each company and rack up more sentence time. I'm sure there's more crap out there to dig up to charge him with beyond what he got charged with already.

Everyone Exaggerates

This is one of the replays I got from craigslist when I was looking for a bike.

The web page looked legit and professional. But it was created few days before the add and registered in Uruguay.
And it wasn't the only guy who tried to scam me. I lost a lot of time dealing with idiots like him. Thank God only time ...

"I will explain you how this works. You have to register on their website http://mondial-xpress.com/ and reply me the user name so i can start the transaction. They will notify you that you are in their database as a registered user and the transaction starts. You will receive an invoice with the name of their official receiver assigned for our deal. After the amount is sent to the official receiver they will start the shipping process. You will receive the bike in max. 5 days with all the documents. You will have the bike for 7 days so you can test it and inspect it. After those 7 days, if you agree to keep the bike they will give you the Title and a bill of sale with your name on it as the new owner and i will receive the money from them . Otherwise if you don't like the bike you get refunded and i will pay for the shipping cost.
Let me know if you need anything else."

...and in 4 years (or less w/ good behavior) he will do it again. Depending on how he got here 'legally' per the article, there may be no authority to ship him back, but there's plenty of authority to rack up more time.

I hope they go after this guy next.

I hear he is notorious for targeting single women with large breasts and big bank accounts.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Fly him back to romania or wherever hes from and just throw him off the plane. just dont land it first. Give him a few minutes to think about it before he goes thud on teh ground.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

They only deport brown peeps. They assume they're all Mexican and send them south. This guy should have been kicked out the first time.
