She said yes....

I was looking to purchase a 2nd bike to have more of a super sport bike, but other things took more importance... This put a lot of my plans on hold for a little while, but was well worth it! 3/4 ct main diamond D for color and VS2 rating. The band has 1/4 ct and the wedding band has about a 1/3 ct. Oh yeah, she said yes.

All kidding aside, Congratulations... if she's the right girl it will be a life well lived...I'm going on 39 years with a wife that pretty much supports all the stuff I get into!

Congrats, now elope. Planning a wedding sucks donkey balls. I've barely ridden at all this year and have been MIA from this forum most of the year because of getting married. +1. We got married April 30th of this year, we did it on the serious cheap, made a good amount of money in the end but that was only due to the budget we stuck to. Don't drop a huge chunk on the wedding, it's 1 day and you won't enjoy it as much as you think, spending constant time tending to your family members isn't as fun as you'd hope.

Another +1 to finding the right woman, it's a thing of beauty when I can say to my wife that I dropped another $2-5k on a bike every few weeks and she doesn't say a damn thing aside from "I'm glad you're happy, I hope we make money on it." Congrats again my friend, marriage isn't all brimstone and hellfire, as an ancillary benefit- other women love married dudes!

I wish you a long and happy engagement unless she already has the date and venue picked (My wife did in 2 days while I hoped for a 3 yr engagement, DOH!).

Don't wast money on flowers and table cloth at the wedding, nobody gives a $hit and youll safe a few g's for your wedding gift to yourself (Super Sport bike).

Busy as shit, but things are finally starting to slow down. I've been working 60 hour weeks with coming in on Saturdays, and then all the wedding planning, and trying to buy a house. Last time I was actually able to ride was that day at Autobahn.
