I had that happen and had torn my labrum in my right shoulder. If they check your heart and that's not the problem start looking at the nerves in the shoulder.

WebMD says it's a rare cancer and you're going to die within a week. But you should go see a doctor to confirm that.

Just get it looked at, $20 or $30 bucks for piece of mind is worth it, if it is something more serious it is really worth whatever the price is to avoid bigger problems and cost. Might be something as small as a pinched nerve. In any case tingling is not something to mess with, could be a sign of blood flow being obstructed.

try masturbating for awhile with your left hand to give your right arm a rest.

this sounds most likely a pinched nerve = there are several areas where the nerve as it originates in your neck and terminates in your hand where it might be pinched. most likely area is your shoulder in what is called thoracic outlet syndrome. less likely a pinched nerve in the neck (cervical radiculopathy) and also less likely cubital tunnel or carpal tunnel syndrome.

is it worse when you wake up in the morning?

pm if you want to share more details.

See a doctor, especially if you develop any other symtoms such as, dizziness, confusion, poor balance, trouble moving any part of your body etc.

well, know I know

Ulnar Nerve Entrapment.......same thing I had diagnosed on my left arm 2 years ago.........
It appears the cause has been all the pull starting I've been doing on small equipment. (or parking my elbows on the bar too much...)

Got an exercise/stretching routine to see if it will relieve the pressure in the elbow. The other option was surgery to relocate the nerve out of the ulna canal. Doc says about a 50:50 shot for success. No thanks!

Thanks for all the concern and prompting to see the doctor.
