So Sprint's CEO always says their plans are truly unlimited with no throttling. Let's see if it still holds up after they get the iPhone.

Too bad they have shit service, otherwise I would have considered it.

You better be nice to America or we will bring democracy to your country.

I was just down in Overland Park last week to meet with some Sprint executives and I kept my AT&T 3GS powered off and hidden in my laptop bag the entire day

I like my HTC Incredible 2, pretty decent on the battery, but it does freeze and slow up from time to time. I fucking HATE Verizon in the city though, I don't get shit for service anywhere in Chicago.

If 5 is anything like 4 on battery consumption then it'll be just fine for moderate use. Something about how the Apple OS works really knows how to conserve power. I wish Android would do the same thing. I had a Nokia that I wouldn't charge for a week sometimes. It fit real nice in to the hand hold in my car door. I miss those days only because ignorance is bliss

My EVO with the giant 3500 battery is great other than the size. That being said my next phone will be an iPhone if Sprint is selling it. I love Sprint, I travel all over the country for work and never have an issue with service.

I have sprint too, I'd be willing to move from my Samsung Epic to an iPhone. I came from AT&T's iPhone but the cellular service was the worst I've ever experienced, I loved the phone though!

I'm ditching Sprint as soon as I can. Just switched to them in January and it's been pretty bad. I've had Nextel for work for years, awful.

I'm so conflicted. I've always wanted to try out an iPhone but not on a shitty network like att. There's also the galaxy s2 coming out and it looks amazing. I would use most of the features it has and I love google phones. Decisions decisions

I'm really contemplating going back to the old cheapo non-smart phones. I'm just sick of all of the finicky crap that seems to go hand in hand with the smart phones. They do so much, but they just don't seem to work very well as a damn phone!

I agree. I always think back to my Motorola Timeport. I thought that thing was the coolest thing in the world because of the ELD screen. The best thing was you press a button and there was no waiting. 1 touch shortcuts for almost everything. It never froze and had killer signal everywhere.

I have to charge my Android 3 times a day, the goddamn call waiting switch never works, and I have to think about how to get to the keypad to dial. Humanity is doomed!

Sprint coverage sucks. Nextel coverage sucks. And texting can take up to 8 fucking hours for someone to get the text that was sent. Happened to me. And just happened to a friend of mine. That's why I got rid of them. And their customer service sucks.

...plus my gf was with me saying "omg slow down, slow down" and I was thinking "Lose annoying squalk box in passenger seat, afford more mods and have less weight in the car and on the back of the bike"...so i dumped her and I'm single again as usual...HERE KITTY KITTY!!!

Ya but verizon sucks too, of course everyone was orgasming over verizon till they got the iPhone and they tried it. Verizons network is just like I said, nothing special.

does anybody actually love their cell service? They all have gaps in coverage, they all have strengths and weaknesses. The companies are adding services and features faster than they can increase the infrastructure. People are turning phones into a variety of devices. Web surfing, MMS, email, mobile gaming, etc.

Sprint rocks.

My iphone 3G would last 4hrs Max. My evo lasts 6 hrs. They are getting better but not there yet. I hope to unload most of my data and email to a tablet.

Hopefully this gives sprint the consumer base it.needs.

I have to say I really do love sprint. Yes i'm not getting 3mb download speed like att is but for a freaking phone im able to do anything I want and at a fast speed. Im not looking to download movies or game online but as far as loading browsers, updating apps I have no complaints. Ive had coverage every where I have been except around one of the stops around starved rock. Never dropped a call, and when I had to have one of my phones fixed, it was hassle free and all I had to do was spend a few minutes in the sprint store and they had a new phone shipped out to me next morning. Overall its rock solid, not the fastest but have never given me any issues.

I've been with at&t since '03. I don't have that many problems with it. The big one's i had were with sprint, and U.S cellular. And i'm a trucker, i need a working phone where ever i go.

Jesus, I've had great service with verizon. My BB goes can easily go 3 days without a charge too. I'm starting to wonder if all the complaints aren't service related but the iphone itself.
