Four Season H&AC

Ok, Now I know Tony sent out the email about the furnace special......

My wife called and got our furnace cleaned prior to the heating season starting and she called the company that we got our AC unit from. Indoor Comfort for the record.

If I remember correctly we had the furnace installed new 3 years ago and we purchased a 2 stage unit because we wanted a better unit and we could not install a high efficiency unit due to the HOA. Well we always thought that it never operated differently than the unit that was replaced.

So the guy today had asked a couple of questions of my wife and she had mentioned a few things, turns out there was a jumper installed on the control board that caused the unit to run at 100% all the time, so much for it being a 2-stage unit.

He removed the jumper and then tested the unit and wouldn't you know it, it is a 2-stage unit now, runs at 60% like it should of in the first place.

My question is, do you think I have a chance at anything of other than just being a bitching customer to Four Seasons who we purchased the unit from in the first place?

What part of 'shall not be infringed' do you not understand?

They won't care, I had them come out last year to recharge my system and give me a quote. Their quote was $2100 higher than the what I paid this summer for my furnace and a/c unit, did not include a 2 stage blower and did not include a whole house humidifier. The guy that did mine was punctual, friendly and did clean quality work. If anyone is looking to get an estimate I will gladly refer him.
