Lol, I left you a VM about the tires. I could t make it that day, and I had to run out to Jason's house to pick up Dani's trailer from him. So we mounted the tires there. The only blood shed was Jason's, not mine. This time.

Who doesn't love modern day rubber on 36 year old wheels.

I'm sanding them down and painting them while they are still on the wheel. I would have loved to re-spoke them, but it would have been $200.

If I took them off, I would have to buy new hardware. I know there are at least a few frozen nipples. I don't want to spend any more money on the wheels on this bike.

I hate frozen nipples.

A long soak from both sides with good penetrating oil and some heat from a torch can help un-stick them.
