Yeah, the "savings" on items doesn't seem any better then good sales the rest of the year on anything I want.

And I'm not about to get trampled at Walmart or stand in line for 4 hours at Best Buy to save $3 on a Blu-Ray.

I didn't see anything that was worth waiting in line, or getting up early for.

Although Newegg has a 4 bay diskless NAS for a good price.

I think there are plenty of deals. What I have found is that I already have every gadget and toy I want. TV, tablet, computer, camera etc....You really only need one of these things. I think people are already burnt out on things, even at a really cheap price I am not going out to buy another big screen TV when I already have one. Just my take.

Most peeps have a regular torque wrench, but not everyone has a micro one for the lower ft lbs...

Sears has them on sale 50% off.

Sad part of it is there is nothing I REALLY need - Now, Marchies for the SMR or even Alpinas on Sale would be nice but that shit just don't happen

I agree. Nothing worth buying. The sales are just that, sales. Not worthy of a "Black Friday" tag line.

The only thing that tickles my fancy is 40% off everything in store at Eddie Bauer until noon. If you know anything about Eddie Bauer, it's all great quality clothing, lifetime return warranty no questions asked like REI, Backcountry.com, etc...and if you're into hiking, climbing, etc...their First Ascent line is some of the best gear in the industry.

I called them on Wednesday and asked them to put a few things aside for me. This way I don't have to rush, I ensure they have what I want in my size, and I can sleep in, and mosey on over there just before noon.

(Or, if you prefer to shop online...30% off everything online until 11/27).

Best Buy has that 42" TV for $200, not bad.

Walmart has a nice rifle case for $30, only 5 per store.

People are already camped out at the Best Buy on Army Trail. That is a good price for the TV, but not worth the trouble.

Ohh yeah, totally not worth the headache IMO but it's a decent deal. I'm going to be sitting on my ass drinking scotch or at a casino, fuck waiting in line.

I hear something crazy happened at Wal-Mart in Bloomingdale and it's shut down and there are cops everywhere now.

I drove by the Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora and they have the police mobile command center there, tons of security and emergency vehicles all up and down 88

One was like 250 and NOT easy to put down, the other was small but she had her 5 year old kid helping her so it was tricky and I had to put them both down.

/pretty sure I could take on about 20 five year olds at once, unlike kramer
