Automotive wheel refinishing - any suggestions?

The clearcoat on a few of my aluminum Ford Ranger wheels is starting to deteriorate and look shoddy. Does anyone know of a reliable, fair priced wheel refinisher/reconditioner near the Aurora/Naperville area?

I would love to get the wheels on my avalanche chromed as well.

HDTony.... Damn glad to meet you!

Thats simple. Tomorrow head out in a different vehicle to a car dealer. Find an avajunk with chrome rims (suburban/tahoe/yukon/full size pickup works also) and take it for a test drive. Then switch before taking it back.

FYI just kidding.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Did someone say chrome? CP must be contacted!

There is a place in Elk Grove Village that refinishes wheels. I don't recall the name. I believe it is on Landmeir, just West of 83.
