Paint Shop Recomendation..?

I'm looking to get my fairing repainted. Nothing crazy, just flat black.

Can anyone recommend me a good paint shop that charges a reasonable rate, preferably in the NW burbs but I'm willing to travel.

If you're wanting a decent job, don't have a big budget, and have some time to wait, then check out your local tech college. If they have an auto body shop, then they might be willing to do your paint job for the cost of the paint.

That's what I'm doing with my used track plastics. A friend at work is taking classes and my full paint job including the tank is only costing me $120 in materials. I purchased all materials for a bc/cc system for Chevy's laser blue metallic including all the primer, reducers, hardeners, color, and clear.

The instructors still require the students to produce and shop quality finish and any repairs have to be per industry standards. Not a bad way to go.

Or, you can always degrease and scuff the paint, then shoot it with rattle cans.

I know. Sad to say. Maybe we can talk him into it? I hate to see someone as talented as Ken not do this. Just wondered if Ken would jump on the chance possibly.

my mom sued odysseys shop. Then later she sued Chicago Performance because cp blew my motor, eventhough it came in in a no start situation.
