Sportbike: Triumph Bonneville...the original sportbike!
Years Riding: Since about 11 years after my adult teeth came in
How you found us: I tripped over ya on my way to the can!
The end of an era. Of course I remember the rockin' New Years Eve and the Saturday noon edition of American Bandstand and even his mid-day show in the late 60's called "Where the Action Is" which gave us Paul Revere & the Raiders as that show's House band (I know...before most of you were born...)...The thing I remember most was when I was between 5 & 10 years old when my teen age cousin, Roz, would watch me & my brother(s) after School and she would HAVE to watch "Bandstand" ... I'd know I could have the TV back When Dick Clark would say "The Mouse is on the way!" and the Mickey Mouse Club would come on!
RIP Dick Clark.
"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!
If you want to anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal all one must do is tell the truth!
