Ridiculously overpriced! I see nothing on that bike that justifies that price...The VinMoto lists in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Indy have good running examples of mid 70's UJM fours being sold at half the price. You could also find some good bikes of that vintage at Walneck's swaps, but those might need some work.
The most important rule when looking for a vintage bike of any kind is to be patient. The right bike at the right price is out there.
