Need mold inspection - Chicago

Anyone do them or know someone that does?

Need to get a condo done in River North - looking for some direction on how to get started.

What's the issue?

Is there a problem that you suspect, or have actually found the problem but need a mold mitigation company to take a look and get you an estimate on clean-up costs?

Give me some more details...may be able to help.

It's my bet the heat treatment is at fault. Maybe a few fillets could use more radius.

The die caster should turn the heat down and use less psi as the mold maybe blowing open.

Nice work Gus - I'll give that a try!

Back story - we had a leak in the condo about 8mo ago. 15th floor unit in a concrete bldg. For the last 6mo my wife has been having more difficulty with allergies and we're just trying to rule things out.

Wasn't sure if it is just a matter of getting someone out to test or if the process is more involved?

Thanks for all the help thus far!

Mike - you have acknowledged my cheap ass nature, as well as given me an excuse to go to home depot and pretend to be manly. Good on ya!

Definitely going to try this first - anyone use a kit like this before?

May need to follow up with an inspector as well so I'll keep the thread open - but this is a good start.

Thanks ya'll!
