Need a plate machined

I made a mount so I can attach and charge my phone on the bike. It's just a rough piece of scrap steel but now that I figured out how to mount it, where to put holes, and got it all mocked up I wanted to get a final version made. I don't have a drill press or anything so it ended up being ever so slightly crooked.

The overall plate size is 2" x 4".
The measurement to mount the plate is 3.2" from center to center of each tapped hole. The measurement for the phone mount to the plate is 1.4" from side to side and from top to bottom screw is 1.650". All holes drilled for 6mm screws.

I just need 6 holes drilled on a piece of 2" x 4" plate. Can somebody do that for me and keep all the holes centered? Also would it be possible to have rounded corners? I got paypal ready or I can pick it up with cash during the week.

Also how I wired it up incase people wanna know, just a dual cigarette lighter, 1 wire grounded, 1 wire to the battery with a fuse on the power wire.

This. Its usually cheaper than having someone machine it for ya.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

All ebay has is universal mounts, which don't allow to me use all the functions. Might block charging jack, or audio port. Garmin doesn't sell anything for samsung phones. There is no just direct mount I can find that will secure it to the bike, while charging and allowing you to use all the functions.

I am not a big tech guy , but there has got to be something out there to work for you . I see touring guys with all kinds of brackets and holders for phones and gps's . Look around before you start making one . Might save you time and aggravation. Good luck.

www.gpscity.com is your friend.
You can get RAM mount which will bolt to your handlebars, easy & painless.
For ideas just look here

This is how my EVO is hooked to my previews bike GSXR1000

I used the same mount on my 600RR

I already made mine, you can see in the pics I posted. I just wanted somebody with the proper tools who can make a clean, flat plate with a few holes drilled in it. It would be a simple 10 minute job.

Ended up finding a 2x4 inch plate online for 7 dollars shipped. Used my caliper and got it all measured out and used a drill press at work to get it drilled. Got it all good now, ready to send out for some powder coating. I am having one problem tho, when I just cruise around not getting my rpm's high I have zero issues. If I just crack the throttle open and start to go, my sound gets muffled out and quality just goes to nothing. I had a theory on this and I think it could be to much voltage being put into the charger. It stays charging, does everything great. Just cant figure out why my sound gets to muffled and crackly almost. I used to run a similar setup a few years ago, same headphones and never had this problem, but I wasnt using my phone like this either. Anyone ever experience an issue like this? Maybe I need a voltage regulator to keep it a steady 12volts?
