Anyone do any machining work on the side?

I have a part that I need to have milled/cut from some 1Ē plate steel. I will be welding this part to a 1/4" plate Iíve already had made, but our lasers at work arenít calibrated for 1Ē material and canít get the job done on our mills so I have to look at having it made outside of work. I have the material available if needed, but itís basically a recovery mount with an opening for a D-ring shackle. Overall size is 2Ē x 5.75Ē x 1Ē thick and Iíd need 2 of them. Drawing is attached. Dimensions aren't too critical, except for the diameter and the flat section oriented to the top of the drawing. Plus, it would be great to have them match.

If anyone has the capabilities to make these parts for me, or knows someone who would like to do the job on the side, please let me know. So far Iíve only found shops that have a minimum order and what I really need is someone who wants to make a few bucks on the side. Not in any hurry, but excited about completing the project.
