Neighbor from hell! (tcmalker's promised video)

As promise, I am releasing this video today. Please skip to 5:15 where the action begins. Doesn't this make your blood boil? I gave that biatch an earful (although I should have gave her a black eye).

So she moved your bike because she felt you parked too close to her? Does this happen often? Has she ever dropped it? Did you maybe discuss with her how you could park that wouldn't get in her way?

WTF was she trying to accomplish?

You need to hook up some car dollies and start moving her car into the middle of the street on a weekly basis.

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

Couple of questions....
Do you pay for a parking spot there? Is it part of your rent?
What is she trying to accomplish by moving your bike?
Why is yout bike not locked with a chain or disc lock to prevent stupid stuff like this happening?

Post up ur addy after you move.

TCmalkers bike is blocking a spot. It is blocking access to the parellel spot to the left of the black car. That is why she is moving it and why the tan car is parked like that. She is trying to park the tan car next to the black car.

TC, you need to find a designated parking spot for your bike. Yes she shouldnt move it, but you also shouldnt be blocking access. Parking is a precious commodity in apartment complexes. You need to move your shit.

As for nieghbor from hell, it looks like you are the one that is not onboard, the one causing an issue. Get in line, be a decent resident and park your bike where it belongs, in a designated spot.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."

Oh I see what you are saying now. She wants to park the gold car between the fence and the black car. Gotcha. Yeah walker if thats the case you need to find a new spot for that bike. You are lucky she didn't accidently knock that thing over.

If it was me trying to park my truck in that spot and ur bike was blocking me you would find your bike in the middle of a busy intersection. Seriously I would park ur bike in the middle of Damen and Division and walk away.

Alright, here's the scoop. There's supposed to be four parking spots. The one on the left (by the trash cans) doesn't belong to anybody due to that unit being not rented out. So it's first come first serve on day to day basis and I parked my bike there first. There is ample space for her to park her two cars in tandem in her parking spot next to it, but for some reason she decided to park the way she did.

I park there on purpose as I don't want a car to block me when I need to go out. One time she actually parked the car touching my front wheel and I couldn't get my cover off. Maybe she hired that guy who stole my cover?

I'd explain to her the next time she touched my bike I'd have her arrested for vandalism.

And then do it.

Ever consider actually TALKING to your neighbors and maybe amicably figuring out a parking scheme/agreement between all of you? Considering that last spot does not belong to either you or her, neither one of you are entitled to it.

One of those spot is mine, but I'm not telling you which one! I have two cars so there's no room to park all 3. Actually there is, but it's too inconvenient to keep moving them back & forth. That's probably why she was trying to get that spot too. Lazy bitch! Learn how to drive and park!

I am more entitled to it more than her. She is a renter and I am the OWNER to one of the unit.

I'm not sure why you think I'm the one causing the problem. I have 2 cars and a motorcycle. She has 2 cars. The space doesn't belong to anybody. Where would you like me to park my motorcycle? Out in front where someone could steal my motorcycle cover? No thanks, I rather park my bike there where no one could steal my motorcycle cover.
