DGY comment

Hi to all.

I was going to go to DGY this Saturday to check it out. Never been there before. Yamaha sent some test ride promo and since it was a nice day I thought I'd take a ride there. Lucky I called, someone named Dustin told me they didn't have any bikes to take out. Just a heads up to anyone that had gotten this flyer.

I was in the market looking for a motorcycle couple of months ago. Suzuki was running a similar promo. So i thought that would be a good way for me to actually test drive the motorcycle before i buy it. When i went to the store I received the same reply "We had only one demo vehicle and sold it already."

This is true as in a "test drive", but i think the OP is saying that the manufacturer was advertising demo rides/bikes at their affiliated dealerships, including DGY, and DGY did not have any demo bikes available. Anyway, that is how I interpreted the OP.

I think this is a little different from the other thread.

It's very different than the other thread. Just sayin'.

Did you ask why they are listed as having demo bikes, but yet have no demo bikes? That seems retarded if they put their info on that advertisement yet had no bikes.

Lets face it, seems to me service is the missing link in all failed bike shops.
