anyone ever slip a disc in their neck?

Im starting to think i might have some issues with my neck, my right shoulder on down to my hand has been bugging me big time, dull pain in shoulder, tingling in arm, forearm. Sometimes i have some on my left side too - it really flares up as soon as i get to work and sit at my desk. when walking around it seems to not be as prevelant. anyone ever have this?

I have the same symptoms, C6 and C7 are touching. Physical therapy starts this week, including traction and massage. I have a MRI tonight (after X-rays were taken), to see the extent of the damage. If PT doesn't help, it's cortezone shots then surgery.

I have (occasional) numbness in my pinky and ring finger in my left hand, pain in my forearm and bicep. In the beginning this was constant. 8 months later (now), I have a dull pain in my neck that icing helps. I take dicofenac 75mg twice daily (anti-inflamitory), and oxycodone for pain. I also have 20% strength loss on my left side.

If you'd like another nurse's opinion, PM nickif. Otherwise, go see a dr. already.

"includes 10 used-car dealers or auto repair shops, 11 liquor stores and bars--two of which advertise lingerie fashion shows and a third billed as a "gentlemen's club"--three cut-rate motels and one trailer park. The squat, brick municipal building is next to a currency exchange and a few steps from an adult video store. The bars open at 10 a.m. and close at 6:30 a.m."
