I probably would have gotten shot after I started attacking the cop for shooting my dog. I don't know how that guy didn't flip out, I would have been beyond irate!

They just updated the video and said that two cops showed up after the fact, assuming they were going to apologize. They instead wrote him another ticket for not having his dog leashed. Assholes!

Here in the sunshine state a 16 year old broke into an officers home when he was not home. The robber shot the officers dog that has been retired from active duty. Charged with armed robbery that carries a life sentence, he is held without bond, felony cruelty to animals with a firearm earned him a $1M bond, and a $500k bond for shooting in a building. He was on an ankle monitoring system from another crime. He is being tried as an adult. That's how we handle scum like that here.

http://m.palmbeachpost.com/news/news...-withou/nTJ7h/

Ironically family of the accused made a website so people could donate cash to them. In 5 days they received $1 from one person, and that person chewed them a new asshole. The $1 was worth his money calling this dog killer and robber the piece of shit he is.

Ironic how people run their mouths about hang the pos cop blah blah with only half a story if that but yet not one of those same comments is said about the murder rate or the 11 people shot Monday alone
no wonder the justice system favors criminals cause decisions are based on assumptions before hearing all 3 sides of the story

That's sad period.
I will however say this.

No man, women or children would live if they did that to my pebbles. It's not just a "dog" to me.

If a cop shot my dog and I know my dog I would no doubt go to jail for the rest of my life. As I would totally do a hell raiser pin head rip the flesh right off anyone.

Fuck just thinking about it just pisses me off!

Yes. Al Phillips is a well regarded motorcyclist and motorcycle collector. His collection is beautiful and many of his bikes are on display in his main gym.
He was an AMA expert and specialized in road racing and competed in the Daytona 200 several times in the Formula 750 era. He ran out of the Suzuki shop that Torello Tacchi and his dad owned. Some of you older guys may remember Torello and his dad who restored antique bikes and their shop on North Avenue near Grand.
I don't know Al well, when I have met him a few times he's been a very cordial gentleman that wears his love of motorcycling on his sleeve.

"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!

If you want to anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal all one must do is tell the truth!

its an honest question...

the article mentions the dogs head being small enough to fit between the fence rails leading you to believe its behind the fence, however it also says the officer was ticketing the dogs owners car for being parked across the sidewalk there by opening the possibility that the gate was open and the dog was loose.

Im not passing judgement on the cop, but if you feel so motivated, by all means make your asshole comment, it only makes you look like an ass.

Not quite the ass you looked like back a few months ago with your moment of bike rage. Oh that's right u made no comment to it in the open when called out. Then again I'm not the only one who called bullshit on your reasoning for it considering you couldn't keep your story straight and had multiple errors in it any how...

Moving on to your legitimate question now an officer saying get your dog back not once but twice would lead one to believe the dog got out the yard. I dont know any person who would feel threatened enough to pull a gun and shoot a dog behind a fence . Cops nor anyone just look to shoot a dog that's fenced in. Hell most cops would rather save a dog then a shit head criminal any day of the week.plus had it been in the yard I'm sure the story would mention cop shoots dog in yard of some form of shit like that.

Big dog little dog it doesn't matter they all can mess you up pretty bad if given the chance

Again it happened yet we only hear the alledge story from one side I am sure we will hear more soon then we can form a verdict

Why wouldn't the LEO treat shooting the dog like any other shooting and have the situation take priority over a parking ticket. Piece of shit cop and nothing will happen to him.

Gee lets see NO ONE MENTIONED the fact that having a gun handy provided the opportunity to shoot the dog.

Everyone will be carrying a firearm if some of you have your wish. While you argue you should have the right to protect yourself and CRY about a dog getting shot.

OMG fucking hypocrites.

first it's, "If we allow CCW then there will be gunfights in the streets"

now it's, "If we allow CCW everyones dog will be shot!"

(meanwhile in the 49 other states)

The issue is the OFFICER, Not the gun. Another CP that will have no consequences for his actions.

I never blamed the gun.
I blamed the opportunity to use it.

only a fool denies that not everyone should carry a gun.
Or if you will, give a fool a gun and foolish things will happen.

I don't see how these two things are related?

Why do you care so much about how Jason rides? You should just let it go. Seems to me you're the only one who cares and you're certainly the only one who keeps bringing it up.

Perhaps you could redirect your energies into illustrating to all of us how deadly force and discharging a firearm within not only chicago city limits but also a highly populated area was justified. When you provide this answer please also let us know what your views would be had the shooter been a kid, gang banger, mailman, meter reader,or a highly trained area prostitute (remember the Angel movies?)

Thanks

Its sad that they are trying to take the guns away from Law abiding Citizens, yet they give guns to incompetent trigger happy cops.
