Who cares - We are not buried in snow right now so I am happy

Agreed. Snow is the absolute worst. It's not the cold it's me having to clean up.

As long as its above 20* and no freezing rain, I'll take snow any day.

I do hate this damn temp jump every couple days, recipe for getting people sick, which in turn will get me sick

You know we're getting 60 on Tuesday, but its probbly gonna be super cold right after

Who cares?

The only thing that bothers me about Chicago winter is the snow.
And that's because of the traffic hassle.

Other than that, its business as usual for this city...living in an ice box for half the year.

You better be nice to America or we will bring democracy to your country.

For the Midwest and 3rd largest City in the USA, Chicago REALLY does not get much snow but when it does, it makes for a mess - You can dress for Hot/Cold but you can't for "Slush, Salt & Shitty Drivers"

Geeeeezzzz! Where are you sissies from? YOU'RE IN CHICAGO FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! expect anything, count on NOTHING when it comes to weather! Sometimes we get all four season's in one day!
It was 65 and sunny on the day before the January '67 27 inch snowstorm that paralyzed the city...We were out in shirtsleeves playing baseball in the park and less than 24 hours later I was wandering the neighborhood bundled up like nannook of the north with a snow shovel making cash!

"Dirt is for racing on...Asphalt is for getting there" OR "Flat trackers go in deeper and come out harder... OR (With apologies to General MaCarthur) "Old motorcycle racers never die, they just slip off the groove and fade into the dust!

If you want to anger a conservative, tell him a lie. To anger a liberal all one must do is tell the truth!

The snow doesn't bother me, but the crazy rush hour commute during/after a snow storm. Driving 1.5 hours in bumper to bumper is obnoxious.

Complain when you spend 12 plus hours in your car everyday what i would give to only be in my car for 3 hrs a day while sitting in a office the rest not exerting myself

I wasn't alive in 1967, but I grew up in central IA and we had some crazy weather there as well.

Personally, I like the seasons. All of them. I just wish that we had some snow right now.

Still tryin'....
