Cop hits biker, blames biker

Good job on not taking responsibility because you don't want to get in trouble. Cop is probably going to get in even more trouble now for not reporting it.

Surprised that hasnt happened up here. A couple of our local cops LOVE to ride the rear wheel of sportbikes just waiting for them to do something. Had one so close I could had reached back and grabbed his plate of teh front of the squad.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

I really hope that guy went after the cop later. That is BS. cop is 100% at fault and used intimidation to get out of it.

Correction, all but Sqrly were going to jail. Sqrly was going to be gang raped by very large men with batons.

Id like to see the the video from the squad car before passing judgement completely

I dunno after looking at it he braked check him watch close cause the red and blue dont go on till after he was hit

And looking again yep he hit his brakes for no reason to hard when that car moved in you can see him and his front end dive

Still doesnt excuse the police that close they couldnt stop

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .

why did he pull over to the line, and jam the brakes? seemed to me that he started being erratic after he passed the cop. needless to say, the cop is totally wrong for hitting him and then talking to him like a jag.

{edit} ok watched again, he was letting the car in. still seems like he overreacted on teh brakes. cop is still an asshole.

Cop probably pulled in behind him to run his plate and was driving distracted when the guy stopped.

Regardless .... he never left his lane, he legally stopped regardless of why he stopped. and the cop hit him from behind. 100% the fault of the officer.

What did we get pulled over for? I seriously never saw him, and we weren't speeding (I don't think, I didn't have a speedo).

Even though the rider is a douche its the cops fault. Failure to yield and following to closely for him not to stop in time.

Wow there was no reason for cop to behave the way he did. Very unprofessional. What i am surprised is that the cop behavior while he know he was being recorded.

Looked like he tried to get rear ended on purpose. Cop still at fault in accident though.

I blame the biker. Idiot can't drive, and wtf is he stopping.

Cop changes lanes, and at the same time the idiot stops. Hardly call that the cops fault since he wasn't following him from behind.

Cop: "So what can we do?"
Biker: "what we can do is you can give me your insurance information and then we can call a real cop out here to file an accident report".

I can't believe the biker let the cop off like that just cause the cop threatened him.
