and it's the bikes fault...He was for sure going over the speed limit and the SUV passed on a corner. I don't know about you but I can say I've sped and passed on a double yellow in my truck and on my bike. Doesn't make it right but the blame is on both and they're both lucky nothing happened.

Me personally if I were in either position I would have to change my boxers.
