IPOD Mini

Steve Jobs unvailed this thing at Macworld yesterday. It's cool, it's small. But 4GB versus the 15GB thats $50's more Is it worth the extra cool points????

I think so... If you listen to 4 GB of music at a time, you've got too much time on your hands. Besides, your batteries will go dead before you can listen to 4 GB let alone 15!!

Yes but is it worth having the extra storage for $50 bucks???. I mean you can catalog over 10,000 songs as opposed to around 1000. How quick would you run out of storage.

Unless you can catalog more on you pc and swap out catalogs at will. I'm not sure how it works.

Crazy,

I think anyone that has a huge colletion of MP3's does not use their IPod as their only holding device. Maybe as a backup but not sole.

Your assesment of the pc catalog and swap is more accurate, and it is super easy to do.

I think 4 gigs is plenty, I might have to drop some more case... darn

I have the Jukebox MX with 4G and I don't even have enough CDS to fill it up with MP3s.

It is great though being able to put TONS of music and use the shuffle mode. WAY better than any radio station!

I think the next mission will be to build you a new computer. I will do all the work for free, Vcook will do all the hardware lookup cuz he is the bargain hunter... where is vcook, he has been quiet the last couple of days... wow he might actually be *busy* at work, either that or he found a new gay porn website.

I was just joking I actually did play with an 8track when I was a kid. There was an old record player and 8track combo. I had a regular cassette tape to 8track converter.

Wow, I feel old.

Hey.......I've had TV all my life. It may have been a B&W round 10 inch tube, but hey, it was TV. It was good enough for Howdy Doody and Elmer the Elephant.

I have the 40G ipod currently holding 23.7G of only good stuff. build your playlists to suit I have for instance lists like slow cruise, playing in traffic, running from the cops, etc. then shuffle your playlist and go.

It's the best for cruising etc.

Style is the excuse used by those who have neither the nerve or the intelligence to live their own lives.

What's wrong with my puter?????

Just cause it's 650 mhz instead of the two thousand. I still have plenty of storage. Your just pissed cause I never upgraded from win98 and when everyone else got that virus I was laughing.

Seriously, I don't use my puter enough to need anymore than it is.
