Don't Twinkies have a shelf life of 40 yrs? I haven't eaten one in years, and had a boss who ate 2 everyday. I think his body is preserved forever because of it.

I had a moldy one once. It's something you never forget.

I was 13... came downstairs to the kitchen for a 3 am snack... didn't bother to turn on the lights or anything... grabbed a Twinkie out of the box, unwrapped it and took a big bite, expecting that spongy, creamy goodness...

and all I tasted was GREEN AND FUNKY. I couldn't wash it out of my mouth fast enough. Flicked on the light and sure enough... the filling had sort of dried up and the cake was quite moldy.

Didn't eat another one for 20 years.

How dare you take the name of Hostess in vain!!!!

Look, I can appreciate this. I was young too, I felt just like you. Hated authority, hated all my bosses, thought they were full of shit. Look, it's like they say, if you're not a rebel by the age of 20, you got no heart, but if you haven't turned establishment by 30, you've got no brains. Because there are no story-book romances, no fairy-tale endings. So before you run out and change the world, ask yourself, "What do you really want?"
