Michael Jacko Info

Just heard this morning in an interview with the lead investigator from the 1993 case that the kid from the 1993 case that never went to court has been contacted by the cops and agreed to testify in this trial. The funny thing is that this testimony probably will be allowed by the court since the kid never testified in the last case since it never made it to court.

Hmmm! Wasn't there a settlement in that case? Seems the settlement would be in jeapordy or that it would be disallowed in this case.

well from that case in 1993 there was a law passed, nicknamed the Jackson law that keeps civil and criminal separate even when a settlement is achieved. I am not sure how that would work but that is what I heard this morning.

You know it has been 10 years. Maybe the kid and the parents pulled a MC Hammer and blew all the money so now they want him behind bars.
