Red Bull

Im hooked on the sugar free version. I've been a big Diet Coke/Moutain Dew drinker for a while now, but dam, this Red Bull is growing on me. I enjoy my daily dose of caffeine and coffee just does not do it for me.

So, how strong is Red BUll caffeine-wise and is it safe to drink a couple cans a day?

It seems to keep my alert, not wired, for a good six hours a can.

Where can I buy a case or two at a discount?

good questions!!! I'm wondering too!

Also are they any side effects? I've heard the whole "low sperm count" thing & that it makes it so guys can't get it up... i dunno if its true or not.

I too drink all the sugar free versions of beverages, but this is the worst concoction ever produced. I don't know what piss tastes like, but I could imagine that this is pretty close to it.

People take these things too seriously!

It doesn't exactly work the same for me as it does others either, but man, I sure stopped drinking Red Bull and Vodka all night when I go out 'cause I had the hardest time sleeping afterwards several times.

Be careful guys. It's not just the caff. in it but stuff like and similar to ephedra. And I stress SIMILAR TO EPHEDRA that can be just as harmful. I know ephedra was reversed by the FDA as no longer being safe. There are things that are safe if taken in limited quantities but you still have to be careful. Just because its over the counter does not make it safe to use. Many issues are now being brought up with alternative medicine and herbal remedies. Your side effect may be heart disease, it can do damage to your liver, etc... etc...

I like the regular version [tasty] and Cosco sells cases too. But I only use it when riding/driving long distances.... who knows what that stuff can do over time - moderation is the key

Well, I had Red Bull for the first time this weekend at my party of course it was a Jager bomb. I think it f__ked me up pretty good I really don't recall what happened between 2 am and 4 am I don't remember Ken getting Starbucks either. Anna said I dropped about 3 beers in a row. All I do recall was jager bombs tasted "odd". I'll stick to vodka and borbon straight from now on, I never "black" out on those two. And if I need to be a wide awake drunk, coffee and whiskey always works. One thing I did notice was I didn't have a hangover on Sunday morning.

Sometimes goodbye is your second chance.

I've had regular one time, one can. I was not impressed by the taste and didn't notice any sort of rasied level of awareness.. All I got was a funky taste in my mouth that reminded me of smashing multiple Flintstones chewable vitamins and eating them all at once with a little water to chase it down.

Not sure where to get it cheap...

But howabout "POWER HORSE". I remember seeing ads in European and African racing on TV all the time.. then at one point last summer I heard an advertisement on American radio that powerhorse was coming to America and should be on the shelves soon. I have still never seen it, or else I would have bought one.

The sign is just a horse doing a wheelie.. with the words POWER HORSE. Nothing more.. heh anyone who's watched Speedvision when they still showed a wide variety of racing should have seen these banners at nearly every European racing event.

Personally not ready to grow chest hair .

I don't think the hubby would appreciate a hairy chested wife.

I heard red bull tastes like piss. Never having personally tasted piss, I have to use my imagination and assume that it's unpleasant .

Anyway..I'll stick to the shots of Tequila w/training wheels and my vodka lemonades.
