Anyone Else Burning a Bird?

Using the Ninja fucker to Slow Cook the 9 lbs dead bird that has been in my fridge for 3 days thawing out - Tight Squeeze but got 'er in - Using some cooked Turkey Bacon (everyone loves a good incest story) to line the bottom of the Pot and some Cooked Italian Sausage in its ass (thought of Tnat with the sausage in the ass thing as I know he would approve) for optimal flavor seepage - Basted 'er with Olive Oil and Thyme and tucked in some fresh herbs atop and along the sides

Cooking on High for (2) Hours and then on Low for 4-6 Hours - Hope I don't kill some fucks with this thing

Just got done stuffing a 20 lb. bird with traditional sage dressing...it's in the oven at 350 and should be fully cooked in about 6 hours. Going to have a house full of adults and puttin' out a full spread...Bird, stuffing, cranberry sauce (both jelly and whole berry) Orange glazed sweet potatoes, fresh asparagus and suffed artichokes topped with cherry and pumkin pie for desert!

I won't have to eat again until Tuesday! EAT DRINK & BE MERRY...FOR TOMORROW WE SHALL...............................DIET!

Happy Thanksgiving to all on CLSB!

Pulling my bird out of the brine now, gonna let it sit for 2 hours or so to dry out and then chuck it in a pot of oil.

My Beef brisket has been in the smoker since last night. Needs a few more hours. Cayenne pepper rub. Deep fried turkey tomorrow. Oh yeah, eating good.
