Computer PC no memory

So my home PC has virtually no memory. I used to have Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3 installed and I unistalled them and still have no memory.

Am I screwed?

Also it says C: has no memory but F: which is labeled stuff has like 84 GB left in it, and I cannot access it. I never owned a PC. My friend gave me his old one and it works amazing on games vs my old apple. It just seems like all of a sudden I have absolutely no memory whatsoever.

Right click on my computer

If you look in there it will say how much memory is installed in your system. Next step once you know how much you have installed, hit ctrl, alt, delete all at once. Go to task manager. On the bottom it shows you how much memory your system is currently using. See what percentage it says.

hes talking about hard drive storage space not RAM memory.

basically the HD is full

first off run disk cleanup this will clean out a bunch of the junk that windows clutters up the HD with and get you probably a few GB of space

Defrag your system

run the disk clean up in start tools get rid of shadow copies and previous restore points

Once that is done down load WinDirStat and its free, it will show you exactly what it taking up all the space and then you start removing

Once thats done repeat step one and two

go time traveler style and go back in time, fuck his grandma, then shoot forward in time and then fuck his mom. Then return back to present state and call him a the product of two incest whores and hes your son and show video of you plowing the both members of his family. .
