"Motorcycle social garage??" - Announcement Coming Soon

All,

In 2010 I came up with an idea (see the "Motorcycle social garage??" thread in the social gatherings forum). I'm pleased to announce my team and I will have a big announcement soon.

Stay tuned for an October 19th post!

Thank you,

Matt Milford

Im so social I figured if I was going to have a disease It would be a social disease. HAHA

I like your idea. I have a pneumatic tire changer and such and offered it for free if anyone wants to come over and let me change their tire. Only 2 or 3 folks per year take me up on the offer. We also have 30' viewing room for watching race videos and motogp and such and I buy all the beer. I still only get 6 or 10 people to show up. Were having a big Halloween party there Friday night. Above parlor @ Green & Washington. Can't miss the entrance. There is a 2007 POLICE RACE BIKE a GSXR 600 w/ a can of MR12 in the window.

you got an address yet? Rent on a suburban garage is 1600 to 2200 dollars per month.

Sounds like a great setup you have! I'll have to swing by and check it out, I can't believe free beer doesn't get the crowd out!! How is your viewing room set up? May want to borrow a few ideas if you don't mind .

Regarding the address, we're wide open. The latest idea is to get an epicenter location close to Metra/CTA/Divvy spots. Something like Oak Brook maybe.. but all options are on the table. We're expecting anywhere from $1,500 to $2,500 for monthly rent, that's our current budget .

We do have a new update #4! Check it out;

Halloween party is tonight. Will go past 4AM for sure. Green & Washington on Washington between Peoria and Green Street on North side of street. Look for the Safety First 2007 GSXR trackbike & MR12 can in the store front. Upstairs near the Nicky Hayden Painting. Wait till you see the Chicago MotoGP painting on the wall upstairs. This place is massive. BYOB entrance is free.

Shoot, I can't make it tonight. My SO and I are going to a theatre showing at some old mansion (https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?theatre=folio). When is your next event? I'll be there.for.sure.

Checked out the place on google maps, that's a wickedly great location. I have lots of questions..
