Suspension setup.

Is anyone willing to help me adjust my suspension? My bike was lowered and stretched, I put it all back to stock height, length. Now my suspension is all out of whack. I live in the Rockford Area so I know I'm a bit far for most of you guys. Any help would be awesome. Thanks.

I can tell you what the stock settings are supposed to be. I'm assuming its for the 06 gix1K and you have taken the whole thing back to stock suspension wise (uncut stock forks & internals and stock rear shock). This should get you to a base setting.

Front forks

Rear shock

Fork tubes should be 8mm above triple clamp.

BTW "out" is counter clockwise after they have been turned all the way in (clockwise).

I'm up in Janesville.

I'm not crazy, my mother had me tested.

Trackside Suspension isn't far away either. $50 for you specifically on the bike.
