Rider/Passenger go down. RIP..

Joe Perlikiewicz and Cindy Dietrich both were killed when their 1988 Harley hit the rear passenger side of a SUV. The driver of the SUV, who was not injured, was a 17 year old Lamont man. Both of these people are childhood friends of a lady I work with everyday. The police are investigating the accident. The accident occurred at the corner of Rt 83 and 127th in Alsip. The bike was heading southbound on Rt 83 when the SUV turned off northbound 83 onto 127th. Both rider and passenger where not wearing helmets.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Rest in Peace.

If you would like to place a sentiment on this thread please do so. After a few days I am going to print the thread and give it to my co-worker to let her now that we honor all riders. Thanks.

Wayne

RIP My condolences to sportbikers and cruisers everywhere who were effected by this tragedy. My heart aches every time I hear of a rider going down. My only comment to this tragedy is...they lived together, they rode together, they died together, and they live on together in the memories of those who loved them

gohsbc, I noticed mine and ChicagoFactory's avatar. If you are going to print this out for people at work, you may want to address the avatars that my get printed as well. Some may be offensive to some people. Just a thought.
