I am a PS2 fanboy and a XBOX hater, but I do have to say that now that MotoGP and Ninja Gaiden are out, I have been feeling really compelled to get the XBOX.

The XBOX is more powerful, the PS2 has some cool games... the XBOX has cooler online Games... I think it comes down to the software... what kind of games are you looking into playing?

XBox. It has MotoGP2, Halo, and one of my favorite games EVER, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Oh yeah, I have a PS2 and an XBox.

I love my PS2 but wish it had a hard drive like the XBox.

All I have to say is: Gran Turismo 4. Only available on PS2. Coming this fall. Be there or be square. Everybody's doing it.

Halo 2 is bigger then GT4. Not to mention here in podunk New Mexico, at the smallest mall in Albuquerque, there are already 400 reservations for Halo 2.

I don't really see a comparison between Halo2 and GT4, but if you're into shooters- then Halo2 will be untouchable. GT4 will be the best driver to date. It's really down to what you're into. Halo2 is super hot right now because it's coming out soon. GT4 has a tenative release of this fall. GT4 will be awesome. So will Halo2...

The only reason I even got a PS1 was for Gran Turismo, and later GT2. The only reason I got a PS2 was for GT3. Again, I really wish the PS2 had a factory internal HD. Memory cards are slow, expensive, and run outta space quickly.

You make a good point. However, the PS2 motorcycle games just don't match the XBox one's. I hear Project Gotham Racing is pretty good though.

MotoGP2 on XBOX does NOT even COMPARE to the MotoGP series on PS2. Completely different game.

I have both XBOX and PS2. If it weren't for GT4 coming out soon, I would have just traded in my entire PS2 system when I bought the XBOX.

XBOX is awesome. Way better graphics, almost all games are 5.1 digital audio, and you really can't beat XBOX Live.

My suggestion? Buy XBOX now... and pick up a used PS2 when GT4 comes out.

Good games for XBOX:
MotoGP2 (a MUST HAVE)
Top Spin (if you like Tennis, this game is incredible)
Halo (first-person shooter)
Colin McRae Rally 04

XBox is the better/stronger machine. Its games lean towards the first person shooters and RPGs. It's more adult oriented. PS2 has a wider variety of games for all ages... but doesn't really do anything amazing.

Halo rocks, Knights of the old Republic is good, Midnight Club II is worth buying used. Quantum Redshift is a great game to pick up used. Splinter Cell rocks. Halo 2 will blow away all the competition when it hits the shelves.

Definitely Xbox! (also have PS2, Gamecube, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn and N64!)

Halo is an awesome game and for someone who really doesn't lean toward FPS games, I was impressed with this one.

Moto GP2 rocks.

Personally love Dead or Alive 3.

Wish they had VF4 on Xbox but it's only on the PS2.

But I think I have enough systems to make sure Shane and I don't miss out on any good game s comin out.

But outta all my systems....Xbox was the only one I got when it first came out. Yup paid full price for the system and honestly the best buy outta all my systems!

My PS2 is second hand and I got my gamecube cheap and new on Ebay!
