I am talking about selling health plans to companies. This is a position that works in tandem with consulting agencies. An example would be that a major consulting agency is brought into work with a company looking to get a new carrier for health plans. The consultant designs the finer points of how the plan should work with good benefits and cost structure. An RFP is then put out. The consultants contact 10-12 sales reps who represent health plans to then come in and compete for the deal.
This is something completely different from pharmaceutical sales. I just heard about this yesterday so this is the only type of explanation I have. I am at a loss so far since I am not familiar with this yet.
What kind of sales is neurodiagnostic is that? YOu sell CAT Scan machines or soemthing like that?
