back on track?

Sooooooo....say you had crashed at BHF, broke your thumb, had surgery to pin it, and then realized the pins were coming out 8 days prior to a CLSB track day. What would your wife say when you suggested you could still make that track day?

BTW I'm a coward. I'm posting this from work. There may be more broken bones when I get home.

Hey Ken, will I pass tech without a right clipon or left footpeg?

My wife thinks we're a bunch of Top Gun wannabes with our call signs, so for future reference, I'm Roger

I really doubt I'll be able to ride that quick but it was fun messing with her. I'm sure she'll post something so don't let your children near the computer.

Seriously dude, let that stuff heal right. One of our crew crashed last year and broke a bone in his wrist. It didn't heal right, so he gets to have surgerey on it this spring sometime, and miss more ride time.
Patientce young grasshopper

Life has no instruction manual. Parts and labor can be impossible to find. Many go down the road with parts that are in need of service. A breakdown is eventual.

Man, you guys are no help. I'm really hoping to have myself and the bike ready for maybe July but who knows. I need to heal the bones and the bike and then get mentally ready for the track so I was pretty much kidding.

Don't rush it, Roger. If you do you could mess yourself up even worse. You should still come out to the track day and hang out with us.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!
