Wow! Didn't it seem like it took too long to get to the tank?

That was pretty cool, but it wasn't a real tank. That was probably a tank decoy of a T-72. There would be a lot more than a sproket and some track left of a real one if a missle hit it.

Never a bad time to climb... unless the weather is really horrible, and then you climb inside!

I wasnt the one hosting the video from a year or 2 ago with a missle shot from the back of a humvee going about 2 miles and slamming into a tank decoy. I was trying to point out that the video you said was 2 years ago was similiar but I at least thought you were thinking of the humvee one. Hopefully that made sense.

Where is that video with the humvee? Who hosted that? Anyone?

Talking Hmm

That is a dragon missile I believe and it wire guided. My primary MOS was 0352 anti-armor. It also could been a Toll missile couldn't see the launcher. Look kind small for ton missile. The missile cost about $10,000 and toll are around 20and 30 range to shot those.I fire two of each in my military career. Also it could be the javelin that replace the dragon.

Guidance: Semi-automatic, wire
Warhead High Explosive Anti-tank
Warhead diameter: ca 140 mm
Launch unit weight: 6.9 kg
Launching Platforms Manpack (crew of 2)
Missile weight: 10.07 kg
Warhead weight 5.4 kg
Missile length: 852 mm
Max. effective range: 1000-1500 meters
Range 75 meters (minimum)
Max. velocity: ca 200 m/sec
Penetration of armor: 400+ / 500 mm
Manufacturer: McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, USA
